Jim Bentley
Jim Bentley, architect, was exposed to wood turning in a junior high wood shop class in his hometown of Waterloo, Iowa. This early interest laid dormant until his retirement loomed in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Jim then took turning lessons at Western Michigan University. Upon retirement in 1994 he moved to the Crossville area and discovered the Cumberland Woodturners. He served three years as President of the Club.
